Why the raised anxiety on the Hastings threads? Of the rare earths developers, HAS is the one that is moving forward consistently. We received a large government grant. The DFS has been updated. The FNT results are showing the continuity of the deposit. Off takes are ready. Site work has begun and plan is to start construction on processing plant mid year for a 2024 production start date. Financing being negotiated and there is no need to rush that, may as well get good terms now that the government has chipped in. Oxide shortages projected to start biting from late 2024. We've seen a run up in oxide prices recently mainly due to the supply issues from Myanmar, but they will really move once the demand side joins in. HAS seems to me to be in a great position and methodically moving forward. This has been reflected in an appreciation of the share price. Why wouldn't you be happy as a shareholder?
