My broker says shorts are up a bit from ~1% to 2% over the last month but not that significant overall. Statement provided reads pretty much as expected at this stage of the life cycle. As are the personnel appointments. As others have said it is puzzling why the SP has run down but nothing fundamental seems to have changed except the macro trend of money flowing out of growth especially spec growth resources.

Problem is the SP has been relatively stable up to a few months ago, now we are seeing 8-11% drops daily. VIDEO
