Nice find. Charles doesn't seem to be a talking out of the arse-kind-of-guy or a travelling salesman (dang long journey to be fair). I would give this fella the benefit of doubt. I don't think we can doubt the progress Charles and company has made over the last 8 to 9 years. If you make comparisons with similar RE explorers, and some have been around a lot longer, HAS actually looks okay (not financial advice because I know nothing). Suffice to say, that 200 million funding gap is the key for Charles to turn this project to reality.
