They haven't attracted any broker interest ? What are you talking about ... CPS did the last raise, they are responsible for some mega pumps and did not dump like you lied and told shareholders, because I rang and queried them on who they clear through ... good try though !
Secondly all time lows are not 1.5c ... They are some 30% lower than here ... again, good try
