I do understand where you are coming from Atom* but when you talk about key personnel, dont forget we have John Holliday on board who co founded Newcrest's Cadia deposit. He has been active in aligning our prospective targets with the upcoming drill program.
Pretty handy guy to have on board that knows the area well.
