Another financial loss year. I continue to see this in terms of asset value and hoping third parties do too. They are distinct 3 lines of business with their own brands in many ways. VOW increased its loan book by circa $6n and NPV from $14.6m to $15.4m. Unfortunately, it's a thin margin business but appears to be well run with a good run of settlements during the year. The better margin businesses (YBR/Resi) both went down on their NPV's over the year though. Interesting that the Chairman is now the Brand Ambassador which probably plays more at the YBR business than the other 2 areas I suspect. Where to from here then? I'm still hoping that some form(s) of takeover happens as this is likely to be the key avenue for SP growth. IMO.
