    At last year's AGM they did not get to this level for any of the carried items. One item was withdrawn before meeting. Not sure if this correlates to how a vote might go but it's not a straightforward delisting as there is a limited buyback and capital raise thrown in. IMO.

    For me it's not clear on how this adds value for shareholders outside of the potential to save $350k from a delisting. The capital raise will issue 11.1% of new shares which is a dilution. The cashback for small shareholders may or may not work but likely, based on share price history, that most of these holders have bought at higher share prices so it's asking them to accept a loss. IMO.
