In all seriousness, based on my analysis, the medium term dividend potential of this stock puts it in the top two or three REITs for yield, of the 70+ REITs listed on the ASX. I think it's travelling under the Radar at the moment or people are waiting to see Risk factors removed.

I should take another small bite tomorrow with my remaining funds to invest.
