re: Ann: Year End Distribution and Property V... The last announcement said:
"The anticipated impairment to property valuations has resulted in THG seeking to renegotiate its syndicated banking facility. Discussions are current and the Board expects these to be satisfactorily concluded by August 2009."
They also anticipated a substantial loss due to the property revaluations.
Unless you've heard they have definitely managed to renegotiate their loan it's still a bit risky.
