Credit market looking better should allow refi and bullish sentiment towards reits near future.
Banks will have to do something with all the SPP cash they hold.
If reits like thg can present a good business plan then respect will return to the sector.

Around 58% in Hotel Industry. Probably the hardest hit ATM.
