The outlook for improving leisure market from Flight Centre result shows this leisure market spend is recovering. Market for 4-5 star accommodation will follow the middle to lower end of the market in climbing back up. As is property market in terms of higher end of the market which bodes well for its property developments.
The corporate market - another key area for 4-5 star hotels should also pick up from here as this is near the bottom and will pick up as corporate actvity picks up.
In trading at nearly a 1/4 of its NTA good medium term play. Key is was never as highly leveraged as some of other property plays.
