I don't see what needs to be 'audited' to publish a full statement.

Everytime they settle a legal claim and issue shares they know exactly what they're settling and the shares relating to that. I don't see how this needs to wait for an audit to verify that they issued XXX number of shares at $0.xx price for settlement of face value of gross liabilities of $xxxx.

Not an acceptable response IMHO Ted - if you are reading this.
