    @strazza...Not sure I understand your reasoning for the 12cents. If you want to be in ASN, have a positive outlook on ASN's multiple shots on goal plus sufficient cash why wouldn't you convert at 9.1 cents. Increase the shareholding, take the bonus share and watch the SP rise.

    Whats the downside....financial, dilution, SP cratering???????
