I would say it is probably more number 1. My main concern here is are they spreading themselves a little thin.
This would require more man power and $$, which now justifies the comments about a cap raise.
In the same announcement we have, producer, manufacturer and distributor...I know they are talking about vertical integration but that s a lot to tackle.
I hope they ll be able to explain soon how this 'new' company will operate and be financed
