What do you think the takeover price will be?

I reckon it is too early for a takeover. James must be aiming at least $3 /share minimum and no one is goning to offer that price (in this climate) in the short term.

I am confidant about the company going forward (except the short term cash flow which needs to be resolved).

If they develop all the resources in Yellow rose only - we may be looking at a $4 to $5 /share in about 3 years timeframe (assuming 250 million shares after dilution).

James is too young to retire soon and if luck keeps favoring him (Rowena etc), he may give it a shot to turn the company into medium sized oiler (say 5 to 10 Billion dollars) in 5 to 8 years and that would be really interesting!!!
