Fancy a fund pumping a few $mil into a spec without a site visit.
How does prospective projects in Sweden and Mauritania suit an investment mandate seeking opportunities in ASEAN? Because there is a small office in Melbourne.
Imo, seems the ASEAN Fund has strayed from the reservation. Imagine the fund redemptions if investors knew the relative big position in a project in Mauritania without a site visit. Is this standard Due Diligence for these fundies?
No wonder there is an increased and anxious social media presence recently.
