totally agree with you on the drilling campaign and it being late, which does make all a little nervous as it is only 4 holes. However even if it was bad news they have to release this info asap as they are not allowed to withhold information from the market. So hopefully something has gone wrong with a drill rig or some other hiccup.
And as for the JV, well here is an attachment of the time line MCT have in mind as per their statement regarding it. So for any tie into Cobalt news that seem to be quite the stretch.
