MCT has been a trading dog for months but so was AUZ and then it multi-bagged hard.
It is highly speculative - How much do you value AB's deposit? minus that from market cap and it is pretty good risk / reward play when they are looking at lithium / cobalt and more zinc deposits.
MCT just need to be more aggressive on the drilling front and of course get lucky!!!!
