    European Gas Ltd is very, very pleased to announce that the restructing date is now put back indefinitely.

    Due to shareholder fears that the SP may collapse EGL has decided that it is in the shareholders interest to keep the last list price at 45c and prevent further trading from incurring ongoing emotional harm.

    The directors are convinced that this is the best scenario going forward into 2011, 2012, 2013......
