200m revenue but only 1m ebidta? Doesnt surprise me especially since their products are super cheap. I know its about how many they sell but when u sell food for $7 then u have to sell a shit load. cant believe they IPO at 1.50 and dropped to below 50c only to accept buyout at 93c. Wouldnt surprise me if hellofresh had a lot to do with driving SP down so they could make their offer more attractive.
