Given the potential earnings per annum that have been discussed endlessly, why would AVZ even entertain a TO. This will be one of the biggest tier 1 Li miners in the world for the coming 20 years. I have no doubt many will look back in 5 years an question why they didn't place a few dollars into this when it was below 10 cents.
Anyway we have OT from Yibin coming very shortly, and I would expect a few more from Europe. This to me will begin a rerate when others start to see interest and commitment from others then the chinese.
