    This has been dragging on since november, we just raised 3.6million for what? why are we so desperate for yibin deal, why not go ok we just cancel it and wait til after DFS and apparently everyones going to be at the table.
    Lastly is lithium Plus not directly related to CATL thus the clause of associates no purchasing any shares has been broken
