While I’m doubtful about @Scarpa ‘s ‘conservative’ assumption that Yibin and AVZ caused a delay through inadequate documentation, arguably, this capital raise raises questions about what exactly happened here.
From company announcement, FIRB is asking for extensions. Can AVZ avoid stating in same paragraph that more documentation has been requested by FIRB? Or is it just a case of low priority bin in chaotic times?
Either way this CR appears as a hedge to the delay and NF has had to ‘bite the bullet’. It’s odd because that approval can only be weeks away at most from all that has been suggested with investor/companyinteractions.
