This is just going to put more pressure on PLS's next off taker.
POSCO would have scanned this for any implications for their plans.
Now if you work in Europe for a battery / cathode maker looking for Spod for your supply chain, you would be telling the boss to hurry up with the negotiations before someone else funds the only available expansion.....
