I would say the WA lithium mines have been talking to the treasurers department. So if AVZ have no chance of mining the deposit why are they trying everything to slow AVZ down?

As many have pointed out this is really a blessing. Yibin still want a off take and a new deal can be worked out.

If AVZ needs to list in another exchange so be it. It's just another lose to Australia. The government in this country will never learn. This non holders go on about the risks in the DRC. I have always said the risks in Australia are just as bad. This last announcement proves that point.
