You mean how some companies suppress the share price, sometimes for years, until holders are weakened enough to sell at any price?
Or how some companies plant people to downramp on their target across social media to wear down holders?
Or how some companies take a stake in a company just to have a board member who can then handbrake plans or report back home on what’s happening.
Nothing predatory there, right? How naive.
