Agree with others that a trading halt on Monday would allow time to progress alternative methods and provide further clarity regarding FIRB
Yibin still can have a board member without an equity investment of over 10%
Can be through an offtake agreement and management agreeing to Yibin having a board member while buying on market less than 10%.
Nothing FIRB can do to prevent it.
Result can be similar by balancing offtake pricing / terms to allow balancing price paid on market for shares.
