It's great to see them seriously address the infrastructure requirements, because if you can't ship your product, it doesn't matter whether you're sitting on 5 tonnes, 5 million tonnes, or 5 gazillion tonnes. It ain't goin' nowhere.
I can only assume that the IP they intend to acquire will give them a "fast start", rather than trying to re-invent some parts of the wheel.
But, why would you buy into something that has failed?
And, if they already know the specifics of why it failed, then why do they need to buy the IP in the first place?
What am I missing here?
