I’ve been accused of downramping on this group in the past...

I’ve been accused of downramping on this group in the past simply for noting that for every rise there’s a pull back (like today). There are some awesome analysts and very knowledgeable people on this group, a flock of uprampers who squeal all the time, and some people who thankfully call it like it is. DRE is a great stock, loads of potential, won’t reach $4 unless a miracle occurs, but will do very nicely indeed. I got in at $0.016, sold enough to get back double my original investment and hold a substantial number still - which I won’t be selling in the foreseeable future unless everything falls in a hole but I can’t see that happening. But it’s early days. Hold and buy if you can. More importantly, stay real and don’t get ahead of the stock. Exciting times though. All IMHO and DYOR.
