Not sure how/if it effects DLI, but gut feeling is MIN is turning non core holdings (DVP,AVZ...)into cash to restore balance sheet in preparation for the much speculated Li masterplan.
Still not sure where DLI fits...or if infact it is just a matter of time until TO by MIN. ImO
