DLI as a takeover target for me is a bit laughable, especially by MIN. No one is going to take on that exploration risk and Mt Ida is going to be high cost at 30-40% Lepidolite, its usable ore is already limited. The gold is insignificant. They'll need some serious traction up north, better and larger resource, more MET results, and of course a healthy spod price. When or if that point ever occurs, I think you would see MIN enter into 51/49% agreements and do the mining services, operations and sales.
