It's crystal clear that Min resources are the buyer. As per the announcement there is a Min representative going on to the board. And for all the HC posters that didn't like the Net test results that were only un-uptimised and apparent drill results ( hidden in the announcement). Maybe you have no faith in DLI. This will be like Dave said a great comp going forward.
