Interesting that they couldn't work because the temperature was Over 40 degrees. The Gascoyne and Pilbara have always been over 40 degrees in summer.
Cant work in the Kimberley's cause its to wet and cant work in the Gascoyne cause its to hot.
Not meaning to put a downer on things but the announcement to start in the Gascoyne and drop the Diamonds in Kimberley's was so they could work during wet season.
I Get it. but just saying. I lived and worked in Lightening Ridge opal mining for 5 years. It's 40 to 50 degrees every day for 5 months. Everyone goes to work.
