So frustrating. Sent Shashi a message on Facebook - in the absence of any other way to contact anyone.
It looks like everyone abandoned ship and stopped paying the bills. Most frustrating that telstra now has the services listed as 'not active' so they are unable to be ported out to other providers.
Not a good look or way to run a business. Even if it is struggling.
