Wow. That is seriously disappointing and I'm extremely annoyed to have heard what you've gone through. They are gonna have to offer something pretty special to keep onto customers such as yourself and others that had the same issue. I'm very impatient when it comes to businesses that I'm paying a service to. I expect the best service possible. If I were in your shoes I would have swapped carriers already do kudos for going through with it all. Let's hope it improves drastically.
