Not sure but on their presentation they claim one of the benefits is reducing time for clients to receive payment by 50%.
From memory they claim their system increases client efficiency by 30%?? as another benefit.
Efficiency gains from the IT prioritising jobs ect. Not sure how they get client payment times reduced.
