Do you understand what performance based metrics are? When your a Director your job is to improve the company. How does ones qualifications and role increase the share price from sub 10s to 20s and 50s. Another big pump and dump? Is that their role? The last pump and dump has the share price trading at 90% losses to the highs.
Options were converted not long after joining when the share price was being ramped. Hows that performance going these days? Those performance metrics must have been exceptional for shareholders. 90% losses 8 months later with a revenue line that looks like bank interest.
Could you let us know something we dont already know.
