I bought back in a couple of months ago just changed my sentiment back. I do not down ramp this company has a history of making positive announcements then cap raise the no cash flow. When producing there Quarterly they do need to show share holders correct cash flow. At no point in time did i request information prior to Quarterly obviously i think they are worth a small spec buy we will see. They now have a long history of not making money.
