What I hate the most it's brokers issuing statements on valuation of a Company so they can raise placements @0.20 cents in this instance.
They have done it in the past with ATS once valuing it at 0.67 cents and back now helping raising @0.05 cents after management issue
themselves a bundle of shares as payments.
Where is the honesty anymore from Management, Directors and Brokers these days...
