I think my problem is I am doubting that they can hit their targets. If they sign their target hubs it looks reasonable here but it has been about 9 months since the 3 year rollout was mentioned and they have 11% of the market so they need to speedup the rollout to hit 126. I'll keep it on the watchlist and wait for signs of achieving those goals in the coming quarters.
