A raising at 10c a share + 1 for 3 options with a strike price of 15c for 18 months. I'd say that it is highly disappointing that they couldn't get a better deal.
Poor effort Yojee.
I'm sure plenty of people on HC would have gladly agreed to those highly favourably terms.
This will greatly undermine the existing share price.
