I am looking further ahead, I am not sure what the $8m placement means with regard to cashflow, could well be important and they may need more cash, but buying at the current SP, I could live with that as time goes by. I appreciate some folk may be under water here and not keen to hear reasons to buy. But anyway my reason for buying YOJ now is what I see as momentum, in my mind it became more and more probable we will see a larger deal with a major and it could gap. They are moving quiet fast in an attractive space, a few deals have been done this year already. The Sinotrans (SILA) deal, I thought that was a potential biggy, it is China’s largest shipping outfit. Then the Schenker service agreement. Now the recent UPS innovation framework agreement, followed by a the appointment of Carl Hemus as COO a logistics insider with strong ties to DHL.
I am no techo but if poweful benefit exists in the technology, I think it is/will be attractive to these large players who don't waste time, one or more of these majors will want more of YOJ IMHO. Time will tell, but these were my reasons for buying now, the placement got in the way a bit, but would have saved me some cash too, I would have paid more than 11.5c a couple of months ago.
