Blockchain is not the only software integration they include. Their solution incorporates blockchain but as I understand it does not REQUIRE you to use all the parts.

They have a current product, implemented upon a software as a service model, they is also undergoing development to INCLUDE blockchain related features (such as smart contracts, PoE, PoO, etc)
I don't see the problem .... standard software company practice of a product roadmap.
