Can I just say I'm really over Tech Mgts trying to hide hundreds of millions of shares in performance shares than in issued.
Performance share is a future share mgt want ordinary shareholders dont get and so by virtue its dilutable and 100% counted as issued. Trader GT was 100% right on this issue with CR8.
It's a problem with tech and why so many fail. Who wants to fund any more, as mgts are taking all the upside to 100% or more....Enough. Cancel the bloddy perfomance shares. This has $60m MKT cap. That's very very steep.
Oh no Mgt cancel .... can't do that then back to 3c-4c you should go yes that is right.... BC Mgt can dump so many.. IP here
...and escrowed means jack.. This is one crowded trade.
There's my rant for the day. How bankers are allowing it is a slight on them.
Mgts are just plain greedy.
