I believe these securities are the same number held by founder/cto Andras Kristof. There's maybe $1m in value foregone here. Maybe the guy is so weathly that this is spare change but it's not clear to me why he would leave after the hardest work was done in establishing the platform and he could have cruised for a while to collect his payday. Points to some serious friction or otherwise his concerns that he wont realise enough value on these securities in 2021. Can only speculate on reasons as the company hasn't provided any info on a co-founder and keyman leaving. Crickets. Surely this was worth a comment after they sold his credentials in the float, particularly given the lack of otherwise hard performance or comnercial data by the company to give assurance. This company could be going fantastic, or could be all a sham, how can you tell.
