According to the WSJ article posted by @brahms, Maersk have bought "Visible Supply Chain Management LLC, which operates nine fulfillment centers across the U.S." and B2C Europe.
Fulfillment centres are warehouses which provide physical distribution of goods purchased via ecommerce. They store the products and then send them to customers, often on behalf of another business. This is not what Yojee does. We provide logistics software. Very different.
B2C Europe (note B2C is an acronym for business-to-consumer) describes itself on its LinkedIn page as "the largest independent full service provider of fulfilment, distribution and return solutions in Europe." So they are similar to Visible Supply Chain Management. Again, not what Yojee does.
No, the buyout of these companies by Maersk will not lead to Maersk letting go of Yojee.
