I beg to differ with your assessment. Except for YOJ and UPS Asia, nobody has a clue about what this agreement really entails. Here is a key excerpt from the announcement that describes the scope of the agreement:
The Agreement is for a term of 12 months and fees may be derived by Yojee on any collaborations between Yojee and UPS. Under the Agreement, specific projects may be identified and project terms, such as activities, timing, locations, and project costs, are to be separately agreed between Yojee and UPS on a project by project basis.
Did they say May Be? In other words, 12 months could come and go and absolutely nothing will come out of this agreement.
