I would hope that the deal with UPS comes first as it would make the CR that much easier if share holders could see the runs on the board. If CR comes first, then the SP is going to be further diluted and it will make the raise difficult.
Either way, 4 months down the track with both UPS and DB Schenker as new customers, this will be a huge re-rate for the company and the SP will be through the roof.
