I was looking at investor presentation, March 7, 2017.
Page 14, we have capital structure. It mentions the board have 200 million performance shares.
I have had a browse around to follow this up, quarterlies only mention the 125million options.
If/when these performance shares are issued, market cap will become easily bloated, any good news gains to be had in sp, will now become significantly smaller.
Is there are story to these performance shares? I'll change my tone, but at the moment, the way I see it 200mill is exsisive, good for the three at the top, hey, it's their idea and up to anyone to tag along or not.
