The thing that impressed me most is his ability to find the right staff and to get them in early Some he has known personally others not but the team being built is extremely impressive I have the impression if he was away for 6 months every managment key person would know exactly what to do with their section from geology to finance and envirnmental to mine development Great to see geology working as expected and hoped from offshoots being where they should be to continuity at depth and finance looking good Mre I believe no more than 2 weeks away and will be a major rerate point I think
